Pizza Sauce

Two 28oz cans peeled san marzano tomatoes

Handful of fresh basil (15 leaves)

1/8 c sugar

3 tsp garlic paste

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium low heat.

Let warm for 2-4 minutes

Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until no chunks are left.

Let cook for 2 more minutes and turn off heat.
